Join forces with B-29 Doc and the WSU Tech Foundation for an unforgettable event: Pull a Plane for Education! This exhilarating fundraiser puts your team to the ultimate test in a tug-of-war like no other—humans vs. an 80,000-pound plane!
Gather your team of 25 and see if you have what it takes to pull Doc, a fully restored B-29, across the finish line. Teams will race against the clock, pulling nearly 40 tons by rope. The top fundraiser will win the grand prize—a once-in-a-lifetime ride in Doc!

Pull a Plane 2025 will be held on Saturday, March 8 at the B-29 Doc Hangar, Education & Visitors Center. The event is family friendly and open to the public. Anyone is welcome to attend to witness the event firsthand while cheering on their friends and family. Public admission will be $10 per person or $25 for a family (up to six people). The admission fee grants access to the Pull a Plane event, to the Doc Hangar where a variety of STEM activities will be taking place, and to cockpit tours of Doc.
