Spring is calling—and Pulaski County Public Works is answering with another FREE “We Load, You Go” Mulch Giveaway! 🌱 Whether you’re refreshing flower beds, tackling a big landscaping project, or just love free stuff, this event is for you.
And good news… we’ve got a surplus of mulch this year, so spread the word (just like you’ll be spreading mulch 😉).

NONE! Take as much mulch as you need.

A truck, trailer, bags, buckets—anything that can haul mulch.
