A Time to Honor all Sound and Vibrations in coupled with your own personal prayers.We invite you to this special Puja-Gong experience.
Relax, let go, and bathe within the currents of sound and waves of vibrations from the Universal Gongs played in concert.
The Puja (prayers) with the accompanying sounds and vibrations of many large gongs for this experience as well as other ancient healing instruments clear, cleanse and energize our body, mind and spirit for balance and harmony, health and wellness.
Raise awareness, expand consciousness, and center in peace as you experience balance and harmony in your mental state with love, compassion, gentleness, and kindness.
For this experience, wear comfortable clothes and bring what you need to lay down or sit on the floor for this four-hour experience.
Recommendations include pillow, blanket, yoga mat, foam pad, air mattress, sleeping bag and eye mask, or anything else to enhance your relaxation throughout the experience.
Also, bring drinking water.
After the Sound Bath we spend time sharing – if you would like to bring, tea, juice, snacks, nibbles, fruit, chocolate, biscuits, or nuts to share, this helps in transitioning and grounding.

Fast from food a few hours before the experience
Refrain from sugar, caffeine, and meat on the day of puja.
