Join us for a unique yoga experience at Nature's Roots Apothecary in Washington, MO. Relax and unwind with a chill flow in the rejuvenating energy of a metaphysical shop. Our certified instructor Pamela Sprecher will guide you through a yoga sequence after you enjoy the calming effects of puffing on your favorite herbal blend. Herb and edibles available at the event. It's the perfect way to unwind and find your inner peace. This class will be an energizing flow with modifications to amplify or reduce the intensity of each pose. Don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind event! Bring a yoga mat and water. I have a few mats and props to loan out. This event is indoors and cannabis smoking inside is permitted. BYOCannabis is allowed. Space is limited to 15 people so register today! Event is 1 hour and 15 mins. ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 OR OLDER.
