Hi everyone
This is the monthly celebration of fine desserts at the Sussex Hotel.
The highlight of this fun evening is the selection of desserts and the fun entertainment, with prizes to be won!
We will have a table of six, so I would be grateful if you would let me know whether you would like to join our Group.
Also, the cost of $55 per person must be pre-paid; I will be collecting the $.
Our Members who have been to previous “meetings”agree it is a worthwhile experience.
This month’s menu will be:
Starting with a light main course of BEEF BOURGUIGNON
designed not to overshadow the main event.
THE PUDDINGS:
• Crème Caramel
• Profiteroles with Hot Chocolate
Sauce
• French Pear & Almond Tart
• Strawberry Mille Feuille
