Join Our Public Virtual Zoom Adult Blended Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training!
Looking to boost your skills in supporting others? This virtual training via Zoom blends the best of virtual learning with hands-on experiences. You'll learn how to recognize mental health challenges and provide first aid support confidently. It's interactive, practical, and perfect for anyone wanting to make a difference. Virtual Adult MHFA is an evidence-based training designed to help participants identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health issues and substance use disorders in adults. This virtual training via Zoom covers common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges, common signs and symptoms of substance use challenge, how to interact with a person in crisis, how to connect a person with help, and expanded content on trauma, substance use, and self-care.
This training includes self-paced pre-work (Modules 1-9) to complete prior to virtual training day (June 10, 2026), Module 10 is virtual via Zoom training, and self-paced post-work (Modules 11-13) with a mini test at the end that is open book and allows participants multiple attempts until they recieve an 80% or higher. Participants will recieve a wealth of digital resources through their Connect Dashboard along with a 3 year certification that can count towards CEUs upon director approval. This training is meaningful and lifesaving!
