Join us for a special talk from Dr Joe Sutliff Sanders - Specialist in Children's Media at The University of Cambridge!
'Of course we all want our books for children, especially nonfiction, to be as truthful as possible. But what if there were something better than the truth, something better than giving children a set of perfect data to help them learn?' Dr Sanders is the author of the first book theorising nonfiction for children, and in this talk he will sketch out his original proposal for a better children’s nonfiction as well as how his thoughts have changed since he wrote his book.
