Forward! To the Moon - Kari Byron from Crash Test World and MythBusters launches us on a journey beyond the Earth towards a sustainable future in space. NASA’s 21st century Artemis program, named after the Greek moon Goddess and twin of Apollo, is the next step in our mission to explore the universe and land the first woman and person of color on the surface of the Moon.

In this new production designed by Morehead Planetarium and Science Center, we’ll discover the many challenges astronauts will face and how creativity, communication, and collaboration are essential for deep space exploration.

Pricing is $5 per person. Seating capacity is 70 plus two wheelchair access seating areas. Tickets can be purchased online starting Monday, March 16th - bit.ly/planetabi-tickets or at the door the day of the show at 5:00 pm. Recommended for ages five and up.
