Ostara is the Pagan celebration of the spring equinox. We welcome the Goddess as she wakes up from her wintery slumber, and we exhalt all the growth and wonder she brings with her!
And so we candidly invite you to join us at the Unity Center of Montreal on March 22nd for an interactive Ostara ritual, whether you are new to Paganism or a seasoned practitioner!
Please use the door on the right of the building to access the space. Guests will be given a half hour period from 6:45-7:15 to arrive before the ritual starts. The door will be locked at 7:15 to avoid interruptions to the ceremony, so please arrive on time! After the ritual, there will be a potluck, so you are encouraged to bring food to share with the other guests!
WHAT TO BRING:
-Food to share for the ritual & potluck. We're going to put a post with food ideas. We'd appreciate you commenting what you're bringing so we don't have 17 potato salads... :P
-A cup, chalice, bottle, or other drinking vessel
-$5 per participant (to cover the cost of renting the space and buying the materials)
-Anything you would like to bring to decorate the altar (you will be returning home with your decorations)
The ritual will be bilingual for the convenience of all participants.

Les fleurs éclosent, la pluie tombe et les animaux s'ébattent. Ostara est arrivée!
Ostara est la célébration Païenne de l'équinoxe de printemps. Nous accueillons la Déesse qui s'éveille de son sommeil hivernal et célébrons la renaissance et l'émerveillement qu'elle apporte!
C'est pourquoi nous vous invitons chaleureusement à nous rejoindre au Centre de l'Unité de Montréal le 22 mars pour un rituel d'Ostara interactif, que vous soyez novice ou pratiquant(e) expérimenté(e)!
Veuillez utiliser la porte située à droite du bâtiment pour accéder à l'espace. Les participants disposeront d'une demi-heure, de 18h45 à 19h15, pour arriver avant le début du rituel. La porte sera verrouillée à 19h15 afin de ne pas interrompre la cérémonie, alors merci d'arriver à l'heure ! Après le rituel, un repas partagé sera organisé; n'hésitez pas à apporter un plat à partager avec les autres participants!
À APPORTER :
- De la nourriture à partager pour le rituel et le repas-partage. Nous allons mettre un post avec des suggestions alimentaires. On appréciera que vous répondez ce que vous voulez amener. Afin de ne pas avoir 17 salades de patates.. :P
- Une tasse, un calice, une bouteille ou un autre récipient à boire
- 5 $ par participant (pour couvrir le coût de la location de l'espace et de l'achat du matériel)
- Tout ce que vous souhaitez pour décorer l'autel (vous repartirez avec vos décorations).
Le rituel sera bilingue pour la commodité de tous les participants.
