A public meeting will be held on October 1, 2025, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Springbrook Gardenhouse as a part of the Mentor’s 2025 Comprehensive Land Use Plan Update process. Participants will have the opportunity to review and provide input on specific land use models being proposed for future housing and commercial development in the city.
The meeting will begin with a 20-minute presentation followed by a short Q&A session. Attendees will then have the opportunity to share their perspectives on the presented content. The meeting will conclude as some of the common themes are shared with the group.
This meeting is open to all Mentor residents and participation is strongly encouraged. The Springbrook Gardenhouse is located at 6776 Heisley Road in Mentor.
