Explore the profound nature of psycho-spiritual transformation and the possibility of freeing ourselves from the limitations of the constructed self. Ian will introduce the principles of Self Illusion Therapy, drawing on the wisdom of Buddhism, Hinduism, Theosophy and the teachings of Jiddu Krishnamurti.
