On 10 November, from 16:15 to 17:45, professor Alexander Fekete will give a public lecture "Critical infrastructure disruptions and social vulnerability impacts in a systemic perspective".đ The event will take place in room 205 at Lossi 36 in Tartu.
đŹ This lecture will explore how cascading impacts unfold, why systemic risks and âpolycrisesâ challenge conventional crisis management, and what it takes to strengthen cooperation across sectors and disciplines.
â Alexander Fekete is Professor of Risk and Crisis Management at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
