Public Hearing for the Community Action Partnership Plan & Needs Assessment

This event will take place of the resident leadership academy council meeting and will be IN-PERSON AND ZOOM. The Resident Leadership Academy empowers people with the knowledge, tools, strategies and commitment to make positive changes at the neighborhood level, increasing the quality of life to all residents that participate in the RLA and it began with these initial pilot communities: Lemon Grove, National City, Southeastern San Diego and Oceanside.
