This insightful, interactive training offers a space to explore empathy, resilience, and self-awareness—bringing heart, balance, and imagination back into your work.Through creative activities and practical discussions, participants will learn how mindfulness can positively impact both physical and emotional well-being. The session will define mindfulness, explore its role in effective stress management, and introduce techniques to reduce stress and promote inner calm.
Join us for a revitalizing day dedicated to strengthening the well-being of those who strengthen our communities. Public Health and Health Education credits will be offered for the program.
