On the August Primary ballot, the Republicans in the Kansas Legislature have put forth an amendment to change the process by which the Supreme Court justices are select, moving for a fair and impartial system to a system where judges are elected - like Wisconsin. They want justices to be beholding to big money! They want to overturn abortion rights, marriage equality and protect the 1%
