Wednesday, May 27, 6-8 p.m., Raymore City Hall Council ChambersJoin City staff and representatives from PGAV Architects to discuss the possibility of a justice center, view project presentations, tour the current Police Department and engage in small group discussions about the site, traffic, financial information and the needs of Police, Court and Emergency Management. Resident feedback will be recorded at this session and used to guide decisions and design elements.
BACKGROUND: Over the last four years, multiple steps have been taken to determine the needs and feasibility for a justice center, including a personnel study, a space needs analysis and the purchase of land for the site at 58 Highway and Pine Street. The center would house Raymore Police, Dispatch, Municipal Court and Emergency Management operations.
In April, the City Council approved the contract for conceptual design services with PGAV Architects and staff began meeting with the firm on a regular basis to lay out goals for the project.
Residents are invited to attend public engagement sessions to learn more and share feedback.
Public engagement sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 6-8 p.m. at Raymore City Hall, 100 Municipal Circle, Raymore.
