Join us at Coava Coffee Roasters | Public Brew Bar & Roastery for a unique sensory experience! This special event is best appreciated by enthusiasts. It is an opportunity to explore our limited release coffee from long time coffee producing partner Porfirio Castellanos of Honduras through the lens of a Density Table separation. Our Green Buying and Quality Control Team wanted to showcase just how far Sweetness and Clarity can be pushed through density separation.

Density Table separation is a tool typically utilized at coffee origin when trying to shape and design how a coffee will present in flavor clarity and flavor charateristics. Coava Coffee Roasters has utilized this tool in our facility to further maximize the potential a coffee has to offer.

We'll taste iterations of this coffee before and after separation and be given a true window into how complex and layered this limited release of Porfirio Castellanos truly is. Come join us for a rare opportunity to taste this special offering, not often experienced by most coffee enthusiasts.
