Adjacent to one of Miami's oldest neighborhoods, the newly refurbished transit hub and linear park features public art commissions by Asser Saint-Val, Octavia Yearwood and Amani Lewis, Juan Andrés Ledesma Bohl, and Nicolas Lobo, the location's unique intersection with The Underline and Metrorail provides a dynamic view of art in transtit hubs, and allows easy access to more public art commissions along the rail line including Felice Grodin's artist-designed fence at Douglas Road Metrorail Station.
