Hey there, Bullhead City community!
Our hearts go out to Robert Brandefine and his family as he navigates recent medical issues. Due to his health, he is unable to host his 7th Annual Suicide Awareness Walk this year.
In his honor, the BHC Pack Walks community will be continuing the message hosting our own PTSD and Suicide Awareness Prevention Walk and everyone is welcome to join us. This cause is deeply personal to me—it's how I first started pack walks in California, working with an organization that provides service dogs to veterans to help combat PTSD and suicide. I'm incredibly passionate about mental health and believe that together, we can make a real difference.
Everyone is welcome to join including leashed dogs! Since we want to make sure our dogs are comfortable, the walk will start early at 8:30AM. Registration is $20 which includes a T-Shirt with 50% of proceeds donated to local non-profit charity which has yet to be determined.
