* Planning Fundraisers: Discussing fundraising ideas, goals, and strategies to support school programs and activities.
* Coordinating Events: Planning and organizing school events, activities, celebrations, and community-building opportunities.
* Sharing Information: Creating a bridge between school staff and families by sharing school updates while giving parents opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback.
* Organizing Volunteers: Recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating parent volunteers to support school activities and events.
