PTC - Intro to Yoga Class for Beginners - A Bodywork Offering

We are so excited to announce one of our new bodywork offerings that focuses on a true introduction to yoga in a safe and small group setting.

Our yoga therapist, Amanda, will be offering classes in out Peachtree Corners location beginning on March 27th. Spots will be limited to 6 people and no two classes will be the same.

Our intention with this offering is to provide our community with breathing techniques, nervous system regulation, yoga postures with modifications (if needed), education about the history of yoga and its benefits, guided meditations and mindfulness practices, and more.
