📣 PTA Annual General Meeting (AGM)

❤️ All Parents, Carers and Staff members are welcome to attend.
Details:
The constitutionally required Committee positions of Chair and Treasurer and the position of Secretary (which is not required constitutionally but is nevertheless important) will be elected / re-elected.
The PTA is a registered charity and is run by a small and dedicated group with members that give their time voluntarily to look after Preloved uniform, PTA Social Media promotions and the organisation and running of events throughout the year.
These events raise money for students to have access to extracurricular and enrichment resources/equipment that would not otherwise be available within the current school departmental budgets. It is a fulfilling, friendly and fun group, and offers a real opportunity to be positively involved in your child’s education from a different perspective, contributing not only to the lovely Commonweal community but the wider Old Town and Swindon communities as well. You can bring all the skills you use in your day job or leisure time and hone new skills along the way.
If you are a parent or carer, please consider helping us. We always need new input, skills and perspectives to help us to grow and thrive. ❤️

🌟At the meeting, we will also take stock of where we are on events and consider funding requests. We have an update on the main school activities.
