PsychSocial: Not Another Networking Event
About this Event
The temperatures are dropping and we’re leaning all the way into fall for November’s PsychSocial. 🍂🔥
Meet us at Metrobar DC, where you’ll find PsychSocial posted up in the firepit cabana area for a cozy evening of drinks, conversation, play, and off-the-clock community with other mental health professionals.
As always, this is not another networking event.
PsychSocial is a social community for therapists, counselors, social workers, psychologists, wellness practitioners, and other mental health professionals who want space to unwind, meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and enjoy themselves outside of the work.
What to Expect
Come when you can and stay as long as you’d like.
Grab a drink or something to eat, pull up by the firepit, play a game, meet somebody new, or catch up with your PsychSocial crew.
There’s no formal program and no networking agenda.

Heyy there! I’m akia grace and I host PsychSocial, a social gathering for psychologists, therapists, social workers, counselors, and other mental health folx who value PLAY and OFF-THE-CLOCK CONNECTION.
With everything we carry in this work, we deserve spaces that let us chill, vibe, connect, and feel human together.
Too many of us are climbing our way back from burnout and compassion fatigue. PsychSocial is about creating space for joy, ease, and community care.
This is not another networking event. 📣Don’t bring work here!
Just pull up ready to meet new people, catch some rooftop vibes, sip and eat something good.
