PsychLab is an intentionally different kind of psychosocial safety event.

Built for practitioners, leaders, researchers, frontline voices, and the merely curious, PsychLab explores the psychosocial health and safety conversations that are too often avoided, flattened, oversimplified, or commercialised.

This is not a performative compliance conference.

It is a space for open dialogue, practical insight, lived experience, difficult tensions, emerging ideas, and genuine curiosity about the future of work and human wellbeing.

Expect lightning talks, workshops, co-creation sessions, and honest conversations across topics like conflict, consultation, leadership, customer aggression, change fatigue, qualitative insight, and the realities people are carrying at work.
