and resonated among all those who cherish the sweet-and-sour spot where rawness and romanticism meet.
Born out of the UK post-punk scene and led by the vocalist and songwriter Richard Butler, and his bass-wielding brother Tim, the Furs quickly developed as one of the
premiere bands at college and alternative radio, scoring a flurry of major hits with "Love My Way," "Pretty In Pink," "Heaven," "The Ghost In You, “And “Heartbreak Beat” in all releasing
eight studio albums, spawning several compilations, a boxed set, a live concert DVD, and inspiring one of the most iconic motion picture soundtracks of all time. Decades later, their
latest release, “Made Of Rain” charted in a multitude of countries and became the Furs’ Second-highest-ranked UK Album ever.
It was prominently featured at the end of the year “Best Albums” chart roundup in dozens of publications worldwide. But the Furs especially thrive live in concert, having headlined at the U.K.’s famed Glastonbury Festival, and more recently at esteemed venues including the Hollywood Bowl, London’s Royal Albert Hall,
New York’s Radio City Music Hall, and Nashville’s Grand ‘le Opry, among others.
With a dazzling live show, they continue to tour quite regularly across the globe
Living Colour
Few bands have reshaped the sound and spirit of rock music like Living Colour. Formed in New York City in 1984 and led by visionary guitarist Vernon Reid, the band—Corey Glover (vocals), Will Calhoun (drums), and Doug Wimbish (bass)—delivers a powerful fusion of rock, funk, jazz, and metal that remains as bold and relevant today as ever.
Living Colour burst onto the scene with their groundbreaking debut album Vivid (1988), which climbed to #6 on the Billboard 200 and earned double-platinum status. The album featured the iconic anthem “Cult of Personality,” a Grammy Award-winning hit that catapulted the band into international acclaim, along with fan favorites like “Glamour Boys.”
They followed with Time’s Up (1990), another critically acclaimed album that reached #13 on the Billboard 200 and earned a second Grammy Award for Best Hard Rock Performance. Known for its fearless experimentation and collaborations with legends like Queen Latifah, Little Richard, and Maceo Parker, the album solidified Living Colour’s reputation as genre-defying innovators.
Through releases like Stain (1993) and beyond, Living Colour continued to push musical boundaries with a heavier, more aggressive sound—earning further critical recognition and a devoted global following.
More than just a band, Living Colour is a movement. Their music tackles themes ranging from personal identity to social justice, confronting issues like racism and cultural identity with intelligence, energy, and unapologetic honesty.
Don’t miss your chance to experience this legendary, Grammy Award-winning band live—where electrifying musicianship meets powerful storytelling in a performance that still resonates across generations.
