Amy is a community builder known for her ability to establish strong relationships, drive efficiencies, foster collaboration, and develop innovative solutions. She is an active leader in the Wichita community and holds an MBA from Newman University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University.

Retain - Workforce Alliance
Host: John Costello, Workforce Alliance
Info: John Costello has been with the Workforce Alliance Kansas since December of 2021 and now serves in a dual role as RETAINWORKS Outreach Coordinator and Business Services Representative.
Mr. Costello’s career in the HR space began in 2018 as a temporary recruiter for Masterbrand Cabinets in Newton KS. moving into a trainer role. From there he split time between recruiting and developing retention strategies based on training or retraining the company’s hourly associates.
Mr. Costello feels very strongly about helping HR Departments look at staffing solutions, and feels RETAINWORKS fully supports this, not only on the HR side, but also helps the community as a whole.
