Please print your tickets beforehand and bring them with you to the event. Internet can be sketchy sometimes so we can't always rely on access. All people on the ticket must enter the gates at the same time.

In addition to our usual payment options inside the venue, there will also be cash/eftpos facilities at our outside bar and BBQ station on the night. There is one ATM on site, but we recommend you bring cash with you to avoid queues.

🌟What time is the event?
Garden gates for the event open strictly at 5:30pm (venue closed for concert preparations between 4.30pm - 5.30pm)

*The venue is open until midnight.
🌟 Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is a family-friendly event. However due to the nature of the event and timings guardians are required for all attendees under 18 years of age. Responsible service of alcohol will occur at all times.
🌟 Is there disabled access?
We have disabled access. Please contact the event organiser via email (no phone calls please) for further details regarding parking, disabled priority seating etc to avoid any disappointment. Email address for enquiries relating to disability access: [email protected].
🌟What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is parking available outside the venue.
Our FREE take home minibus service will operate on the evening. The bus service will travel within a 10km radius from The Mundaring Hotel and run until midnight. Please note this is a TAKE-HOME service only, after the event. The bus is not available for pick-ups prior to the event.

No, seats are available on a walk-in basis only. Disabled seating can be pre-arranged by contacting the hotel via email at [email protected].

No.
🌟 Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name on the ticket must match the name of the person who attends the event.
🌟 What can I bring into the event?
Yourself, your dancing shoes, your friends and family! Tables and seating available on a first come, first served basis. Food and drink are available for purchase at the event. No BYO food or beverages. This includes bottled water. Free water is available.
🌟 Can I book a table or space?
Due to the nature and size of this event, we cannot take bookings in the beer garden on this night. Bookings for dinner in the restaurant are available by contacting the venue: [email protected] or call: (08) 9295 1006.
Please bear in mind that the show will be outside and is separate to the restaurant and tickets are dealt with separately by an outside company.
Whilst there may be tickets available on the door, there is a strict capacity limit and tickets on the door will be dependent on availability on the night. If you would like to have dinner prior to the show, you must present a valid ticket when entering the outside area where the show will be held.
