Join us for a rush hour protest in front of the Douglas County Courthouse in Superior. ICE (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) has been kidnapping immigrants in our community, and some of them are being held in the Douglas County Jail. Raise your voice against this inhumane targeting of immigrants, and demand that the Douglas County Jail break its contract with ICE. We'll have extra signs on hand for folks to hold, but feel free to make and bring your own.
We also want to urge folks to attend the immigrant rights protests that are taking place every Thursday in the Lakeside neighborhood of Duluth. Those protests are at noon on the corner of Superior Street & 60th Ave E.
