Prospect Park Yoga, Brooklyn's only outdoor yoga studio, hosts a class Sundays at 11:30am.
Prospect Park Yoga, Brooklyn's first outdoor yoga studio, hosts daily classes throughout the park. On Sunday mornings, we set up a few minutes away from Smorgasburg so you can get your stretch on, and then find some tasty treats (not required, just available!).
We also offer the following classes on a weekly basis:
M: 5:30pm
T: 5:30pm
W: 5:30pm
R: 11am (qigong) 5:30pm
S: 10:30am
S: 11:30am

Bring your yoga mat, yoga props and water bottle. We provide the expert instruction. Mother nature is in charge of the scenery and birdsong :)
