Props Art Auction 2025

A huge Thank You to every artist who has put their work into the auction and to every Trainee, staff and volunteer who has helped to organise the work over the last few months. This collective effort will help to raise money for the work we do in Props creative projects.

How will it work?

The night is split into two parts:

• Silent Auction, 6pm - 7pm
• Live Auction, 8pm - 8.30pm

Silent Auction

• Guests can bid on the art works on display around the room on the night, from 6pm.
• Each art work will have a bidding sheet attached to write your bid on. Other people can see the bid amounts.
• Bidding Guests will be given a number (via a bid sign), so the process will be discreet/ anonymous.
• Bidding ends at 7pm, if your bid has been successful the number on your bid sign will be called out by one of the auction team.
• If you have 'won' the bid, you will be asked to collect and pay for the artwork at the till between 7 and 7.30pm

Live Auction

• There will be selected art works that will be part of the live auction. These art works are a separate category and pieces made by groups.
• The auctioneer will call out an amount and guests can bid by raising their bid sign when they hear the price they are willing to pay.
• The auctioneer will wait to see if anyone offers a higher amount, then they will say "going once, going twice, sold!" when the bid has been won.
• If you have won the bid, payment and collection will be after the Live auction ends at 8.30pm
