Prophetic Art Workshop - Knit Together: A Psalm 139 Fiber Art Class
About this Event
In this workshop, we’ll walk through a simple, step-by-step knitting project designed especially for beginners, no prior experience needed. If you’re new to knitting, this is a welcoming space to learn the basics in a relaxed and encouraging environment. For those with more experience, you’re invited to bring your own knitting project and enjoy a dedicated time of creative focus with others.
This workshop is not only about learning a craft, but about slowing down, connecting with God, and being reminded of His intentional design over our lives.
Whether you’re picking up needles for the first time or continuing a project you love, this is a space to gather in community with other creatives who love Jesus and are hungry for more of His presence.
All beginner materials will be provided. Experienced knitters are encouraged to bring their own supplies and projects.
Come ready for a peaceful, creative time of connection, reflection, and community.
This event is family-friendly, open to ages 6 and up. An adult must be present with kids ages 6-12 years old.

What is prophetic art?
Prophetic art is a visual expression that releases Heaven’s atmosphere, carries anointing for healing and transformation, and conveys God’s heart to strengthen individuals and the community.
As prophetic artists, we partner with the Holy Spirit to shift atmospheres and impart life and healing to others.
Artist Matt Tommey says it well:
“Simply put, prophetic art is ‘creating art with God.’ It’s a beautiful dance where, as artists, we do the thing that God has put on our heart through our creative process.”
“Artists are the life-givers in culture. We are a pivotal intersection point where the Kingdom of Heaven meets culture. It is there that we have the unique opportunity, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to translate the Kingdom of Heaven into a language that bypasses words and goes directly into the human spirit. When we collaborate with the Holy Spirit in this dance of Kingdom creativity, His power, His Life, and His Light merge with our faith, creative thoughts, imaginations, desires and skill into art that carries the literal presence and power of God. It is in this context that our art, no matter the creative medium becomes prophetic.”
What is the Prophetic Art Workshop?
This workshop invites all believers to co-create with God, starting with listening prayer, and then creating art that encourages others. No prior skill is required, just an open heart and willingness to explore what God may be saying through creative expression.
