18:00 - Arrive at HDR Office, 240 Blackfriars Road, London SE1 8NW to register and network.

18:30 - Run starts (approx. 45 min at an easy conversational pace)

19:15 - Run finishes back at HDR for refreshments and further networking.

There are no refunds for the event unless it is cancelled by the organiser, in which case a full refund will take place.

We have fun at all our events, and sometimes we like to capture that fun in photos and videos.
