Support your flow. Deepen your practice. Have some fun.
This creative, prop-powered yoga class blends intelligent alignment with playful exploration. Using blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets (and maybe a little sass), you’ll discover how props can support, challenge, and transform your practice—whether you’re deepening a pose, making it more accessible, or just getting curious.
Expect thoughtful sequences, options for all levels, and a supportive vibe that invites you to slow down, get intentional, and “prop it like it’s hot.”
All levels welcome. Bring your sense of humor—and your favorite block.
This is a 90 minute class!
