Welcome to Projekt Nattmacka!
Meet Sweden's gourmet elite in a flavorful competition this spring, where the night sandwich takes center stage. First up is none other than Desirée Jaks – the star chef who, at just 29 years old, already holds a Michelin star, the title of "Chef of the Year 2023," and created the Dish of the Year 2024. The question is, will her 'nattmacka' be the next big hit?
Every Wednesday from 10:00 PM, a new chef will compete. The sandwich always costs 150 SEK, and together we vote for a favorite. The winning sandwich earns a spot on the menu until Midsummer, with the chef’s name as a badge of honor.
And the best part? All proceeds go directly to Maskrosbarn, an organization that supports children from vulnerable families by providing care and security.
