Project Planning Training

Each participant must warm up by giving a very brief introduction of themselves and then sharing their hopes and expectations for the workshop as well as their own personal learning goals. Forming this contact serves a vital purpose in framing the lesson.

Estimating costs, revenues and intangible benefits - Within this programme, participants will better develop budgeting skills through creating projections for human resource costs, capital costs and materials; also through hands can activities and practical work they will acquire techniques that will lead to forecasting of project costs.
