Most businesses do not need more activity to grow, but a clearer view of what actually drives revenue. In this hands-on, three hour workshop, Helen Evans of Business Growth Support Services helps founders pinpoint the few levers that make the biggest difference to sales growth, working on their own numbers and sales process.

You will score your sales foundations, map who owns each step, and leave with a one-page 90 day growth plan. It suits founders and leaders of innovation and tech businesses with paying customers who want predictable growth rather than just more leads.

Agenda

• Welcome and grounding: share your biggest sales frustrations and goals, and try a short exercise that shows the difference a system makes.
• The four profit levers: explore leads, conversion rate, average transaction value and customer frequency, and calculate what a 10 to 15 percent improvement in each would mean for your revenue.
• Sales health check: score your business across five foundations (strategy, tools and systems, training and support, sales management, and daily sales rhythm) and compare notes with a peer.
• Who owns what: map your sales process and decide which steps sit with you, your team, or automation, with a measurable KPI for each.
• The 6Ps: score your process, prospect, positioning, pricing, person and product, and choose one quick win to act on within 30 days.
• Your 90 day roadmap: set your revenue target, milestones and weekly rhythm, and leave with a one-page growth plan and your first action for the next seven days.
