Join us at the Robert Russa Moton Museum on Saturday, November 9th, from 2 pm to 4 pm for Profiles in Courage: Honoring Moton’s Veterans, a special panel discussion in recognition of Veterans Day.This program features a panel of Moton’s very own—Bob Hamlin, Charlie Taylor, Everett Berryman, Cornell Walker, and Chuckie Reid—Black veterans who proudly served our country and endured the disruptions caused by the Prince Edward County school closings.
The event is free and open to the public. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A session, followed by a reception with light refreshments.
We invite the community to join us in honoring their service and hearing their remarkable stories.
