An Evening of Impact Research, Innovation & Impact: Building PR's Future
An Evening of Impact is a fundraising gathering that brings together University of Puerto Rico alumni, students, and professionals from across Puerto Rico for a night dedicated to advancing the island's scientific and professional future. Hosted by TRUST (College of Natural Sciences, University of Puerto Rico Río Piedras) in collaboration with Starting Point, the event celebrates the people and ideas driving research, innovation, and opportunity in Puerto Rico. The point of this activity is gaining donors for both non profits programs.
Held at Jamón Jamón (701 Ave. Juan Ponce de León, San Juan, PR) on July 3, 2026, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM, the evening offers a space to learn about TRUST's and Starting Point mission. Connect with a growing network of changemakers and support the next generation of Puerto Rican scientists. Throughout the night, guests have the choice to choose 3 drinks of any alcoholic beverage of their choice, including cocktails or wine.
The event is open to the entire community, students just beginning their journey, alumni giving back, and professionals from every field united by a shared commitment to transforming the future of Puerto Rico through education, research, and opportunity. Attendance is open with an entry fee of $60 (plus Eventbrite fees). The entrance includes 3 drinks of your choice an appetizers.
