Event Length: One day, 6pm - 8pm
Description: This event marks the first in a series for visual artists, covering topics pertinent to career paths and goals, finding inspiration, building portfolios, approaching galleries and so much more. In this introductory workshop, you are invited to listen and learn from professionals in the field of Visual Arts discuss the below topics. This is a free event but we welcome cash donations to help cover the hors d’oeuvres provided. Guests will have ample time to ask questions and request future topics to be covered.
At this first talk we hope to focus on the following topics:
Career Exploration
Choosing your path
Understanding your Opportunities and obstacles
Age Limitations: Ages 16 through adult.
(This is a great event to attend as a High School Senior interested in a Visual Arts Degree or a College Student coming out with a BA or BFA in the arts.)
