Using the metaphor of bridge-building, participants will explore how to identify and overcome barriers, create stronger team bonds, and develop actionable communication practices.

• Identify personal and team behaviors that either build bridges or create walls.
• Practice communication techniques that promote trust and clarity.
• Strengthen collaboration through shared goals and mutual understanding.
• Create an individual and team commitment to proactive collaboration.
