Product management looks clean on a roadmap and gets messy the moment real users, real deadlines, and real stakeholders show up.

This meetup brings product people in Mumbai together to talk honestly about the actual work: deciding which ideas are worth building, keeping everyone moving in the same direction, and getting something to market that holds up once it's in people's hands.

A big part of the conversation is how AI is reshaping that work right now: where it genuinely helps with discovery, prototyping, and shipping faster, and where it quietly creates more to clean up later. Bring what's working for you and what isn't.

Expect a mix of PMs, founders, and builders comparing notes across very different products and stages, so the angle on any problem shifts depending on who you end up talking to.

Come with the problem you're stuck on. The useful part is usually the person two seats over who solved something just like it last quarter.
