Students will learn to navigate Procreate's user interface and intuitive gestures. Students will explore how color works in the digital space and how to use Painting tools to create art on their digital canvas. Students will be introduced to the concept of layers and the flexibility they offer.
Additional topics may include:
How to use the app's brushes, colors, and gestures to create digital art
How to use layers to create flexibility in your work
How to create shading and illumination in your work
How to use color theory in your work
How to use blending modes in Procreate
Different file formats, such as JPEG, PNG, PROCREATE, PSD, PDF, and TIFF

Students can take this class more than once to learn different tools within Procreate.

Please bring an iPad with the Procreate application installed and an Apple Pencil (or other stylus).

Ages 6+
