Processing Emotion Through Nature and Surrealism

In this workshop, we’ll engage with natural objects as a source of inspiration and reflection, while using writing and drawing to create thematic connections to our current exhibition .

By emphasising process over product, we will create a safe and accessible environment for self-expression, processing emotion, and connection.

Participants will engage with their senses, cultivate meaning and foster a sense of shared experience through collective exploration of the surreal artworks and representations present in the exhibition.

This workshop is suitable for adults aged 18 and above.
