PROCESS Drama Club - 10 Week Course
About this Event
10-week Course
Designed for actors aged 13–25, this 10-week programme focuses on developing the skills needed to deliver truthful, confident performances on screen. Classes are split into two age groups: 13-17 and 18-25
Across two sessions each week, students will work on scene study, character development, improvisation, script analysis, audition technique and camera performance. The course is practical, collaborative and designed to get actors working consistently in front of the camera.
Led by working actors, the programme combines performance training with the approaches, tools and lessons we've picked up throughout our own careers in film, television and theatre.
The programme covers:
- Scene Work
- Character development and script analysis
- Improvisation
- Audition technique
- Camera performance techniques
- Creating showreel material
Shepperton Studios Experience
As part of the programme, students will take part in a dedicated day at Shepperton Studios.
We'll be taking over the screening theatre for a packed day of screenings, industry conversations and an exclusive studio tour, giving students the opportunity to experience one of the world's leading film and television studios first hand.
It's an opportunity to celebrate the work completed throughout the programme, gain insight into the industry and spend time in an environment where some of the biggest productions in the world are made.
