Join Performance Running Outfitters, Brooks, and East Bank Athletic & Social for a high-energy HIIT experience designed to test the versatility, strength, and comfort of the all-new Glycerin Flex.

You’ll rotate through a coached HIIT workout, enjoy post-session giveaways, and connect with local wellness partners throughout the evening.

Capacity: Limited to 30 participants per session

SESSION DETAILS:

Choose a session:

Session 1: 5:30–6:30 PM

• 5:30pm - Arrival, checkin, and demo shoe distribution
• 5:45pm - Class begins
• 6:15pm - Class ends - shoe return, giveaways, raffle entry

Session 2: 6:30–7:00 PM

• 6:30pm - Arrival, checkin, and demo shoe distribution
• 6:45pm - Class begins
• 7:15pm - Class ends - shoe return, giveaways, raffle winner announcement

SHOE RAFFLE & GIVEAWAYS:

• We’ll be raffling off a pair of shoes at the end of each session to one lucky winner

VENDORS:

• Eat to Be Fit MKE: Local meal prep company offering snacks for attendees and members
• BEST PT & Nutrition: On-site physical therapy services including dry needling, scraping, and cupping—perfect before or after your workout

PARKING:

Park your vehicle in the appropriate garage.

• Available during all gym hours.
• Available weekdays after 4 PM only.
