Pro Wrestling Class - KIDS

Our professional wrestling classes are the perfect way for your child to improve their fitness and coordination, gain confidence and make friends in a safe, supportive, structured and fun environment.

All of our coaches have passed enhanced DBS checks and have extensive experience working with children as teachers, teaching assistants or sports coaches.

Eventbrite Special Offer: First session just £10

£45 per month for subsequent weekly sessions.

Kids classes are open to all abilities, and we actively cater the sessions to make sure each one has fun and gains a sense of achievement.

Currently the classes are open to ages 10 to 15.

Note we also offer classes for 16+ on other days of the week.

We want our facility to be as accessible as possible. And whilst we all get sweaty, there are a few things we can all do to make training fun for everyone.

Bring a gym towel, change of top and deodorant.

We don’t expect everyone to have wrestling boots or pads, but please do bring a clean pair of trainers if you don’t.
And don’t forget water. (Although we do sell bottles if you forget!)

6.30pm to 7.30pm - Beginners with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners

7.30pm to 9.30pm - Intermediate with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners

Wednesday

7.00pm to 8.00pm - Conditioning with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners

8.00pm to 10.00pm - Advanced with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners

Thursday

6.30pm to 7.30pm - Beginners with former WWE wrestler Jakk Sellstrom

7.30pm to 9.30pm - Intermediate with former WWE wrestler Jakk Sellstrom
