Parking: plenty of free street parking along South Blvd, Cuyler, and Elmwood. Do not park in the parking stalls across the street.

Style of class: Vinyasa Flow. We offer students a warm eye pillow on their eyes for savasana.

Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early.

Yoga Mats: Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you don't, there will be mats available.
