About the program
Private applicators are invited to join Clemson Extension Agents Rob Last and Katie Silver for a full-day, tailored training on applying pesticides safely and legally with the opportunity to test for a South Carolina Private Applicator license or earn CEUs if you are already a South Carolina-licensed pesticide applicator.
Private applicator licenses are for agricultural producers who purchase, use, or supervise the use of restricted-use pesticides (RUPs) in their operations.
β οΈ This training is not for homeowners or those seeking a commercial or noncommercial applicator's license.
Optional study material
Applicators may purchase the "Applying Pesticides Correctly: A Guide for Private and Commercial Applicators" manual as study/reference material for the exam. Contact your event host or your local Clemson Extension office for purchase information.
