Private Applicator Agricultural - This license is for persons who apply or supervise the application of restricted use pesticides for agricultural production such as vegetable, fruit, or cattle farm, sod farm, or nursery and greenhouse. Applicants will need to take both the General Standards exam and the Private Agricultural Applicator exam.
Ornamental and Turf – This license is for persons employed to perform work on a golf course, park, athletic field, or cemetery. You will need to take both the General Standards exam and the Ornamental and Turf exam.
Effective as of October 2025, Pesticide License Exams will no longer be administered by the Extension Office. To register for testing, please visit the FDACS Licensing Portal at: https://aeslicensing.fdacs.gov/.
