Receive personalized, individualized and expert care from licensed massage therapist, KJ. They blend medium to deep pressure and techniques such as Deep Tissue, Stretching, Trigger Point, and Sports Therapies to relieve deep muscle tension and accelerate recovery from physical activity. They also integrate lighter Swedish and healing touch, and cranial sacral methods to boost circulation, prevent injuries, and promote relaxation and rejuvenation for overall well-being. They've worked with a variety of bodies and a variety of conditions, such as arthritis, migraines, long Covid, bound fascia, CGMs, anxiety, chronic pain and much more. Tools such as hot stones, cups, vibration/percussion, and essential oils are always available and used at no extra cost.

About ResoundingWell Sound Healing: With a customized session focused on your unique needs, Annmarie offers her professional instrument techniques, soothing voice, and gentle presence to help you sink into a deeply relaxing and meditative session to soothe the body, mind and spirit with the sound and vibrations of various instruments. Enjoy instruments played on the body (optional) to feel the vibrations even more. release of tension, feeling revitalized and much more.
What to expect: Come with your intentions for deeper listening within yourself. I believe whatever is meant to happen for you will and whatever is not meant to happen will not.
Need to know: Please let us know if you have any allergies to essential oils or sage.
Please arrive about 5 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for your sessions, and silence your phone.

About ResoundingWell 's practitioner: Annmarie is trained with a diploma from the widely acclaimed international Sound Healing Academy and began her practice in early 2023. She has also been an educator for 28 years and additionally, is now a Spiritual Director in training. "While I have been writing poetry nearly my whole life, becoming a Sound Practitioner has been a calling that I never expected. It is such a delight for me to bring the power of sound vibrations to others and witness the profound impact it has."
